Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, celery, and broccoli. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
