- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
