Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 pack Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cabbage. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. 3. Heat a pan with a bit of oil. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
