Dumpling Filling
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 pack Dumpling wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cabbage. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Heat a pan with a bit of oil. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
