Chinese Style Vermicelli Rice Noodles Recipe

- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Bell pepper sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the soaked vermicelli rice noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Add the chopped green onions and give it a final toss. Serve hot.
