Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
