Ingredients 

Shrimp Marinade

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
