Chocolate Lamb Chili

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, ground cumin, and ground cinnamon.
Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
Stir in the chopped dark chocolate until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
