  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped clams drained
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add clams, egg, milk, onions, and bell peppers. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
