Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Clams cleaned
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the clams and white wine. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Discard any clams that do not open. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
