Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the clams and white wine. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
Discard any clams that do not open. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
