- 12 pieces Clams cleaned and opened
- 4 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs seasoned
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the clams on a baking sheet. Top each clam with a spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture and a piece of bacon.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the clams are cooked through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
