Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Cod fillets skinless and boneless
  • 2 Potatoes medium, peeled and diced
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash and set aside.
  2. Cook the cod fillets in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then flake the fish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flaked cod, beaten egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
