Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crawfish tails cooked and peeled
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup Green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the crawfish tails, green onions, and fresh parsley.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
