Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

Meat Sauce Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred.
5. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
