  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 buns Burger buns toasted
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced

Instructions 

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with fried chicken, pickles, and toasted buns.
