  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
