- 1 cup Corned Beef shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 package Puff Pastry thawed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 large Egg beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded corned beef, cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the corned beef mixture onto each square.
Fold the squares over to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
