  • 500 g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mango chutney, curry powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add shredded chicken to the bowl and mix until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Serve chilled, either on its own, in sandwiches, or with a salad.
