Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
