Crab Ceviche Recipe
A refreshing and zesty crab ceviche perfect for a light meal or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato diced
- 1 cup Cucumber peeled and diced
- 1 unit Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, lime juice, red onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on tostadas.
