Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets thawed
  • 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and flaked
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, chives, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheets.
  5. Roll up the puff pastry sheets tightly and slice into ½-inch pinwheels.
  6. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
