Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Crab Meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Stir in crab meat and shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
