Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab cleaned and cut
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the crab pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the white wine, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the crab is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
