Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
