Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm.
