Crawfish Pistolettes

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 pieces pistolette rolls
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
Add crawfish tails and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut tops off pistolette rolls and hollow out the insides.
Fill rolls with crawfish mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until rolls are golden and filling is hot.
