  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 sheets Nori (Seaweed)
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese cut into strips
  • 1 Cucumber cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Mix rice vinegar, salt, and sugar into the cooked rice.
  3. 3. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. 5. Arrange crab meat, cream cheese, and cucumber strips along the bottom edge of the rice.
  6. 6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
  7. 7. Slice the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
  8. 8. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
