Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
  6. 6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
