  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Bread rolls split and toasted

Instructions
