Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked lobster meat chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Bread rolls split and toasted
- 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. 
- 2. Add the flour and whisk until smooth and bubbly. 
- 3. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. 
- 4. Reduce the heat and stir in the chopped lobster meat, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. 
- 5. Spoon the creamed lobster mixture onto the toasted bread rolls and serve immediately.
