  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can Tuna, drained about 5 ounces
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices Bread, toasted

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  4. Add drained tuna and stir until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over toasted bread slices.
