Main Ingredients
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 cup Chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2. Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove wontons with tongs and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
