- 500 g Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Season the flour with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken tenderloins in the seasoned flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the crumbed chicken tenderloins on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
