  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
