  • 6 Eggs hard-boiled
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 slices Bread toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Spread the egg mixture evenly on four slices of toasted bread.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining slices of toasted bread to make sandwiches.
  5. 5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
