Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander, paprika, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
