Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander, paprika, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
