- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
5. Remove shrimp with tongs and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
