Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 rolls Sandwich Rolls
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped green and red bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Spoon the mixture onto sandwich rolls and serve hot.
