Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. 6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.
  7. 7. Add the chopped green onions and give it a final stir before serving.
