Egg Kulambu Recipe
A delicious South Indian egg curry made with boiled eggs simmered in a spicy and tangy gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add boiled eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
