Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
4. Add shredded carrots and cabbage, cook until tender.
5. Stir in soy sauce and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
