Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  3. 3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add shredded carrots and cabbage, cook until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in soy sauce and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
