  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Fideo pasta
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the pasta is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
