Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Calamansi juice or lemon juice
  • 1 Large onion, sliced into rings
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, calamansi juice, and ground black pepper for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add marinated beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the marinade and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender.
  5. 5. Add onion rings and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
