Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken breast cubed
- 2 cups Macaroni noodles
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the macaroni noodles and cook until al dente.
5. Add the carrots and celery, and cook until tender.
6. Pour in the evaporated milk and stir well.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
