Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillet finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fish fillet, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the fish balls until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
