- 1 lb fresh tuna, diced
- ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- to taste salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
Add the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and avocado to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
