Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
