  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.

  5. 5. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
