- 500 g Chicken tenders
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the chicken tenders in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
