- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, making sure each wing is well coated.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the chicken wings in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per batch.
5. Remove the wings from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
