  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge again in flour.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
