- 1 lb Razor Clams
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Clean the razor clams thoroughly.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge the clams in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the clams until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
