Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push garlic and onion to the side, pour beaten eggs and scramble.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
