Fried Rice with Ham Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
Add the frozen peas and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps. Stir well to combine with other ingredients.
Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix well. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir to combine.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
